The 4-year warranty applies exclusively to newly purchased McNeill school bags from the date of purchase at an authorized dealer.

Warranty claims are manufacturing or material defects – for example, defective seams, broken zippers, or flaws in the carrying system that did not arise from normal use.

What is covered?

✗ Not covered: Normal wear and tear, improper use (e.g. sitting on the school bag, extreme heat exposure or moisture).
